All dog tags come with optional free engraving. Please be aware that because dog tags are personalised, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty or an error has been made by the engraver - if on the rare occasion this happens, you'll be sent a replacement immediately.

Red Dingo tags are sent from our swiss engraver within 48hrs (excluding weekends and holidays), please allow up to 10 days for delivery (but they generally arrive in 5-7 days)

Dublin Dog tags are engraved in the UK and are processed with 48hrs (excluding weekends and holidays). They are sent via 1st Class Signed for Royal Mail and should arrive with 2-5 days

All tags are posted out individually, so if you order more than one or other items, they will arrive in separate packages and potentially on different days.
